Shipping policy

It is the goal of These Hands Nail Supply to ship within three (3) business days of order receipt. We only advertise ready to ship items, so delays are unusual. We do not offer expedited shipping; all packages will be tracked and insured at the cost of the customer to ensure delivery. Once the USPS has documented receipt of the package, These Hands Nail Supply is no longer liable for the item(s). If your package has been misdelivered or lost in the mail according to USPS policy, please contact your local postmaster to file an insurance claim.
